Membership Connection

Marquee Request

Marquee post requests are subject to availability. You will receive an email or phone call within one week of submission with an update on your request.

If your submission is approved, a 2-week date window will be provided.

Non-profit, Small Business, and Large Business Chamber Members are given up to 2 free postings each year with their Membership and receive priority.

Non-member marquee postings are available for $40 for a 2-week posting and must be applicable to Shiner and its community (i.e. events for non-members happening outside of city limits are not permitted)
Additional marquee postings for members are available for $25 for a 2-week posting.
Invoices will be emailed upon approval of request.

The Executive Director and/or Board of Directors have final say on approval/denial of requests.


Newsletter Request

Newsletter requests are subject to availability and must be received by the 1st of the month to be considered for that month’s newsletter (ex. submit request by February 1st to be included in February’s newsletter). You will receive an email or phone call within one week of submission with an update on your request.

Non-profit/Civic Organization members are allowed three (3) flyers, Small Business members are allowed six (6) flyers, and Large Business members are allowed twelve (12).

If additional flyers are desired, the cost will be $10 per flyer and you will be emailed an invoice that must be paid before the newsletter is sent in order to have your flyer included.

The Executive Director and/or Board of Directors have final say on approval/denial of requests.


Meeting Room Request

Meeting Room requests are subject to availability. You will receive an email or phone call within one week of submission with an update on your request.

Chamber Business Hours are Tuesday/Thursday 10am-5pm

Non-profit, Small Business, and Large Business Chamber Members are allowed six (6), 1 day meeting room rentals during business hours for no charge.

Non-member meeting room rentals during business hours are available for $40 for a 2-hour rental.
Additional meeting room rentals for members are available for $25 for a 2-hour rental.
Invoices will be emailed upon approval of request.

Large Business Chamber Members are allowed 1 after hours meeting room rental for no charge.

The Executive Director and/or Board of Directors have final say on approval/denial of requests.


Ribbon Cutting Request

Ribbon cutting requests are subject to availability. You will receive an email or phone call within one week of submission with an update on your request.

The Executive Director and/or Board of Directors have final say on approval/denial of requests.


Equipment / Property Request

The Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is proud to be an active part of our tight-knit community and in solidarity to support member organization’s / business’s efforts we loan equipment / property for temporary use.

Please fill out this request form in entirety. We will respond within one week.
